Care has been taken in the planning of Savanna Pointe’s 100 acres to maintain the natural country setting by clustering the 130 homesites along the paved streets to afford residents with views of prairie preserves, wetlands and moss laden oaks. Residents share the community with migrating sand hill cranes and woodstorks, as well as wild turkey, deer, and of course, the mascot of the University of Florida’s champion sports teams, alligators!
Lots are approximately 1/4 acre in size. Central underground utility services, including electricity, sewerage, natural gas, cable TV, and telephone are available to each homesite. Streets are pedestrian friendly with curbing, underground drainage, sidewalks and streetlights.
Each homeowner’s investment in Savanna Pointe is protected by carefully drafted Protective Covenant and Restrictions, designed not to infringe upon, but rather enhance, each Owners’ lifestyle. The Savanna Pointe Community Association oversees the maintenance of each Owner’s yard, providing landscaping maintenance and pest control, as well as maintenance of all commons areas and the electronically controlled entry gate.
